Job Description
Experienced Warehouse Lead-Distribution Coordinator responsible for overseeing receiving, shipping, inventory, and distribution operations. This role serves as a dependable point of contact for warehouse activities, using sound judgment, initiative, and independent decision-making to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to multitask, and willing to assist coworkers in warehouse and field environments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, and distribution activities.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and make appropriate decisions independently.
- Perform computer-based tasks and data entry accurately.
- Handle multiple tasks while remaining flexible in assigned duties.
- Assist coworkers in warehouse and field environments.
- Promote dependable, trustworthy, and collaborative warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team leadership experience
- Computer skills and data-entry accuracy
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Forklift operator
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience with order fulfillment and material handling
- Strong decision-making and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
