The John Nicolucci Agency is growing fast, and were looking for a top-performing Licensed Insurance Producer who thrives on competition, closing deals, and achieving results. If youre a motivated sales professional who loves turning leads into loyal customers and wants unlimited earning potential, this is the opportunity for you. - Drive new business through proactive outbound and inbound sales.
- Deliver confident, persuasive presentations to close high-value policies.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Overcome objections with professionalism and tenacity to meet and exceed goals.
- Manage leads from start to finishyour pipeline, your success.
- Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required).
- A hunter mentalitygoal-driven, competitive, and focused on results.
- Strong communication and closing skills with a passion for helping customers protect what matters most.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
- Organized and proactive, with the drive to exceed performance expectations.
- 100% remote role with flexibility and autonomy.
