We help older adults stay active and thrive while providing essential therapy for children at home and in school. Our reach spans skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Physical Therapist Reporting to Director of Rehab. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You collaborate with peers, make referrals to support patient care, and teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
