Long Term Sick and Short-Term Disability (PT/FT) Function as an assistant to the nurses on the Med/Surgical floor Be responsible for ADL’s and tasks as assigned by the nursing staff. Be able to lift patients with using appropriate body mechanics. Collect data about patients, and to utilize the computer to document appropriate care completed. Function as a team member offering suggestions for improvements and listening to requests. Work with others to determine priorities for patient care. (Is polite, positive and flexible.)
