Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial maintenance. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety within the facility.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Utilize tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform stick welding and fabrication tasks as necessary to support machinery operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure proper functioning of heating and cooling systems within the facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, particularly stick welding.
• Ability to fabricate components as needed for repairs or installations.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Military experience is valued but not required.
