ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST


Location: On-Site - Boca Raton, FL

What the AP Specialist will do:
  • Process invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare vendor payments
  • Maintain vendor files, W-9 documentation, and 1099 reporting compliance
  • Reconcile accounts payable activity and assist with audit preparation
  • Review expense reports and payment requests for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
What the Company Needs in an AP Specialist:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor
