Role Details

Location: Columbus, Ohio

12-Month Contract (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

$24/hour

What You’ll Do

• Act as the first line of support for technical issues via phone, chat, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues with a focus on quick resolution
• Document and track incidents in a ticketing system
• Communicate clearly with users and escalate complex issues when needed

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or a technical environment (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and system troubleshooting
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
