Position Overview As a recruiter you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to fill our client companies' most critical staffing needs. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in all phases of the recruitment process – full lifecycle recruiting Collaborates with Project Managers to draft detailed job descriptions, marketing materials and screening criteria Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of our client organization Screens and selects qualified candidates Schedules interviews and manages candidate timelines Act as a coach and mentor to assist candidates through the interview process Collaborates with Project Managers during the offer process to negotiates compensation packages, start dates, and other pertinent details Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain consensus and negotiate win-win outcomes Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to learn applicant-tracking software. Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Word a plus Ability to work onsite, Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-4p with one hour paid lunch Resumes Resumes forwarded in MS Word or as a PDF are preferred.
