Automotive Store Manager | Lead a Top-Performing Shop in Columbia, MD | $60K–$90K+ AutoStream Car Care Center Location: Columbia, MD Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays) Pay Rate: $60,000–$90,000 + Commission Pay Type: Salary + Commission Pay Schedule: Annual Salary AutoStream Car Care Center is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead our Columbia, MD location. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the automotive repair shop to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. Supervise, hire, mentor, and develop service advisors and technicians. Monitor KPIs, shop performance, productivity, and operational goals. Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and scheduling to maximize shop efficiency and profitability. Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships to support efficient shop operations. Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational excellence. Ensure shop operations meet company safety, quality, and operational standards. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team environment while supporting employee development. Represent AutoStream Car Care Center within the local community while helping strengthen customer relationships and loyalty. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of automotive management or service leadership experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Experience with shop management software and operational reporting. Ability to manage budgets, workflow, shop performance, and productivity. Available to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.
