City Delivery Dispatcher

Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Responsibilities Serve as contact person for city delivery service. Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice, ensuring parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time. Verify accuracy of each order before pickup. Maintain an organized, clean city delivery area divided into bins for each spoke store. Ensure hub delivery specialists are running on schedule and report delays. Monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce expenses. Communicate recommendations to store manager. Ensure team members clock in/out according to company policy. Investigate unscheduled deliveries and adjust billing as necessary. Support coverage in absence of regular city delivery specialists. Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections completed. Log daily mileage into asset management. Provide input on delivery specialist performance for evaluations. Skills and Qualifications Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with automotive parts is desired. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Benefits Competitive wages and paid time off.
