The facilities serving this assignment are two small community hospitals supporting outpatient surgeries, endoscopy procedures, and short-stay inpatient care depending on patient conditions. The clinical environment maintains established perioperative workflows with on-site anesthesia support staff, including one Anesthesia Technician and CRNAs, across both locations. On Fridays, one operating room at the Pasadena location is staffed exclusively by an MD.

St. Petersburg, Florida offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural and recreational attractions. Notable destinations within the city include the Museum of Fine Arts, Florida Orange Groves Winery, and Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, complemented by nearby dining and creative studios such as pottery painting and glass-blowing workshops. The warm waters of Tampa Bay provide additional opportunities for wildlife-focused excursions, including tours of Shell Key Preserve.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at outpatient and operating room facilities in St. Petersburg and Pasadena, Florida, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call required. The surgical case mix includes OB spinals and epidurals, orthopedic upper and lower extremity regional blocks, general surgery, TAP blocks, bread and butter cases, and endoscopy procedures, with 5-20 cases daily. All clinicians must be prepared to cover both facility locations and maintain flexibility with shift times, as scheduling is confirmed the day prior by surgical and anesthesia staff.
