We're looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team. What You'll Do

As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability by:

• Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Performing repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems
• Conducting advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment and software
• Performing inspections and recommending required repairs
• Completing oil changes, brake services, tire installations, alignments, and other preventative maintenance services
• Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles
• Documenting repairs, labor, and parts accurately
• Ensuring all work meets safety, manufacturer, and company standards
• Assisting with workflow management and supporting shop operations as needed
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Delivering excellent customer service by clearly explaining vehicle concerns and repair recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems
• Experience diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Technical or vocational training in automotive repair preferred
• Experience with EV and hybrid vehicle repair is a plus
• Leadership or mentorship experience is highly desirable
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and business-required schedules
