Shift: 3x12s 7a-730p Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Holiday rotation. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes. May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, ART, or West Campus. Years of experience REQ: 2 years. First-timers accepted: No. Level 1 Trauma experience-required. Experience required: Sterilization, Decontaminate and assembly/wrap SPT experience. Types of cases (experience) preferred: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN. National Certs REQ: CBSPD and/or HSPA. BLS REQ: not required. Local Radius: 60 miles. Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted rate. RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be provided at time of submission. No RTO will be approved after contract is signed. Approval based on dept needs. Guaranteed hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. No more than 2 callouts unless they have a doctor note. 3rd callout time to be removed. No more than 3 tardies. If holidays are not requested in the RTO and we are open, then traveler is expected to work. They will be added to the Inclement weather team A or B. Expectations will be provided by management. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital. Total Staffed Beds: 820. Parking Cost: Nights and weekends only. One-time payment of $0 for parking pass. Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or extended assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year.
