Business Analysis Manager - Data Quality

This is not a remote role; it is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office. Job Responsibilities Partner with data engineering, reporting, and business insights teams to validate data accuracy from source systems through report delivery and analytics consumption. Lead data quality monitoring processes, controls, and audits to ensure data integrity across data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting environments. Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, standards, metrics, and scorecards that measure data health and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements and support architecture, design, and implementation efforts that improve data reliability. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, defects, and integration issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Oversee data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and data wrangling activities involving structured and unstructured data sources. Manage data quality workstreams and support project delivery by assisting with planning, prioritization, estimation, and resource allocation. Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment on data quality requirements and governance practices. Mentor and develop team members in data quality methodologies, governance standards, and analytical problem-solving techniques. Support management reporting, executive presentations, and status communications regarding data quality performance and improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) 4-7 years of working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required) 4-7 years of working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required) 4-7 years of working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required) Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
