Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Shippenville Nursing & Rehab is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! Whether you're an experienced OT or a new graduate ready to begin your career , we'd love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to work in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting where you can build relationships with your patients, see their progress firsthand, and truly make a difference in their independence and quality of life.

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of functional needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on independence and quality of life

• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania

• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, patient-focused approach

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
