We're a Columbus-based sales firm representing nationally recognized clients. Everything we do is in person. No call centers. No Zoom pitches. Real conversations with real people.

Here's what the path looks like:

Month 1-2 -- Learn the product, the pitch, and the process. Start earning commissions immediately.

Month 3-6 -- Develop consistency. Start learning the leadership side of the business.

6-12 months -- High performers begin training to run their own team.

Beyond that -- Management. Your own office. Your own people.
