FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT) Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a F&B MIT who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You’ll Do Support daily Food & Beverage operations with a visible leadership presence, ensuring consistent service standards and exceptional guest experiences Engage with guests, build relationships, and professionally resolve concerns and special requests to maintain high satisfaction levels Monitor facility and equipment conditions, recommending improvements and collaborating with Culinary and Front‑of‑House teams on menus and offerings Participate in and lead meetings, training sessions, and pre‑shift briefings while supporting onboarding and development of team members Provide ongoing coaching and feedback, while communicating performance updates and training progress to management Facilitate clear communication and coordination between Front‑ and Back‑of‑House teams and across departments to ensure smooth operations Support labor and cost management efforts through scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and operational efficiency And More! What To Bring Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
