Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.PRACTICE SPECIFICSWork with a tight-knit team of 4 family practice physicians, 4 APCs and support staff with very low turnover.ZERO Call!
