Job TitleResponsibilities & DutiesManaging the client relationship and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction related to ongoing delivery of products and services.Plan, execute, direct, and control all facets of assigned projects within the terms of the contractDeliver direct technical support to customersManage multiple subcontractorsDevelop strong internal and external relationshipsEnsure contract deliverables are on time and within budgetEnsure high-quality work and excellent resultsEffect growth and maintain a current business baseManages programs which have well defined program plans and delivery methodologies.Leads all phases of assigned program(s) from initiation through delivery.Responsible for decisions that could impact outcomes where erroneous decisions could cause serious schedule delays and expenditure of additional time and resources.Ensuring that all information necessary to the customer is provided in a timely mannerManaging supply/demand plans to ensure all deliverables are coordinated to support on time delivery against UEC commitments.Coordinate and deliver quotations to sales organization and/or customers.Ensure execution against contractual requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in the defense industry and government contracts preferred, Minimum 2-4 years of experience and as a Program ManagerProven skills to think strategicallyExcellent written and spoken communicationExcellent interpersonal skillsWell-organized and detail-oriented self-starterTravels as required: 10-15%Client service mindsetBachelor's Degree preferred; in a technical or business-related disciplineStrong computer skills to include MS Word, Project, and Excel.Solid written/verbal business communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical concepts.Strong knowledge of product pricing, quoting, contracts and contract negotiation.Excellent database management, computer and presentation skills.Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to others.
