Sales Support Manager

Train and onboard store team members, track training progress, and maintain certification requirements Support and mentor the training and onboarding coordinator Develop training materials and facilitate feedback sessions Manage budgets and track financial performance to optimize costs and drive revenue growth Create and maintain retail store schedules to ensure optimal staffing Minimize retail store risks by addressing order-processing errors and validating company procedures Recruit candidates, conduct interviews, and complete the hiring process Resolve escalated guest concerns and train team members in de-escalation techniques Conduct accountability conversations to support profitability and compliance Audit store processes and collaborate with corporate retail and asset protection teams Oversee the store cash office, cash handling, and record-keeping Oversee Café operations, staffing, food safety, hygiene, and health-standard compliance Oversee Kids Spaces operations, child safety, policy compliance, and check-in/check-out procedures Develop team members through check-ins, one-on-one meetings, and performance management Oversee store sales and operations, customer service, and service standards Cultivate a positive store culture and team-member engagement Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume 3 years of management experience required Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to recruit candidates, conduct interviews, and complete the hiring process Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance Ability to create and maintain retail store schedules Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures Ability to address escalated guest concerns and use de-escalation techniques Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in training and onboarding, financial performance management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
