Details Duration:06.07.2026 - 27.06.2027 Location: Lysaker Assignment Description The Planner is responsible for establishing and maintaining the project schedule, ensuring alignment with key milestones and timely delivery through close coordination with suppliers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders. The role also includes follow‑up of supplier performance, design freeze milestones, and proactive handling of delays and risks. Monitor and analyse schedule progress and manpower needs and assist in analysis of cost/margin against baseline plan and current plan. Prepare and maintain forecast schedule and initiate corrective actions when this schedule deviates from current plan. Prepare reports for the Project Manager and other internal/external customers including consolidated project schedule, summary updates and S‑curves. Execute baseline revisions. Participate in preparation of Variation Order Requests, and implement accepted Variation Orders with regards to schedule, manpower and cost plans. Coordinate with Site Planner to receive required schedule information. Strong supplier follow‑up and coordination to ensure on‑time delivery of materials and components. Monitor supplier performance, identify delays, and drive corrective actions. Manage and track Design Freeze documentation and ensure all revisions are properly controlled and communicated. Follow up on design freeze milestones with suppliers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and learn. Advanced knowledge of project execution methodologies. Analyse complex issues and problems and come up with rational judgments. Demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area. Strong supplier follow‑up and coordination capabilities. Ability to manage interfaces between suppliers, engineering, and project schedule, including design freeze milestones. Experience of working in multidisciplinary and international teams. Preferably more than 5 years of experience from EPC onshore/offshore development and construction projects. Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Primavera, Safran, MS Project and/or other high level planning tools. Nice to have Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment. Experience with project planning, risk identification, and mitigation related to supplier activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
