As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business./ppThe Warehouse Associate is accountable, under direct supervision, to fill customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously. This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications./ppKey Activities:/pulliReceive material from vendors and enter data in computer/liliCount and record material to ensure accuracy/liliPull or stock materials using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system, as required/liliUtilize scale to weigh and/or hand count product per warehouse/customer specifications/liliUtilize label printer to prepare labels as required/liliReturn remaining product to proper location/li/ulpAbout Role:/pulliLearn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge and understanding of Incora Warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures in all work practices and decisions/liliCount, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements/liliPackage and prepare material for shipment/liliUtilize carrier and third-party shipping system to ship product/liliPerform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support an accurate inventory management system/liliCompose paperwork/correspondence, analyze, troubleshoot, and reconcile inventory discrepancies/liliMeet established standards for quality and productivity, including but not limited to: on-time delivery percentage and customer acceptance rates/liliFollow safety regulations in all work processes promoting a safe and hazard free work environment/liliUtilize pallet jacks, and/or order picker, when trained/certified/li/ulpAbout You:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED Required/lili1-2 years general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in professional daily interaction with internal and/or external customers as required/liliAbility to be alert and aware of warehouse safety issues and safeguards/liliAbility to work well within a team environment and independently, as needed Ability to be detailed oriented and perform basic research, if required./liliAbility to learn and gain knowledge of the integrated database systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as needed Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials, as required/liliEmployees must be able to prove compliance with ITAR requirements; and where applicable must be able to meet FAR requirements for security clearance/liliMost importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations./liliCourage: Take ownership for issues and problems./liliCollaboration: Share knowledge and experience with others/liliCommitment Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations is met in a timely way./liliCommunity We value our world and everyone who shares it./li/ulpWhat Incora Can Offer You:/pulliAn exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story./liliWe want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentives programs./liliIncora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees./liliFull-Time Non-Exempt employees receive up to 80 hours of Vacation per year, increasing with length of service.
