Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Ensure compliance with facility standards and deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functionality.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the Epic EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies, including scrubbing in business casual attire and complying with shift schedules.
  
  
• 
  Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active SC or Multi-State Compact PT license.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of outpatient clinic experience, with orthopedic background preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in charting and documentation using Epic or similar EMR systems.
  
  
• 
  Have BLS certification and the ability to work independently within scope.
  
  
• 
  Be able to complete all required labs within 72 hours of signing and prior to start date.
  
  
• 
  First-time travelers accepted with the required licensure and compliance documentation.
