Program Monitor (Second Shift) Community Resources For Justice, Inc. (CRJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities. This entry‑level, part‑time, non‑exempt position supports the Boston, MA location and requires 32 hrs per week. Applicants will receive an hourly rate of $18–$20 with a shift differential and are eligible for benefits. CRJ offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday; 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. Duties & Responsibilities Front Desk Duties: general reception, signing residents in and out, taking calls, greeting and signing in visitors, performing telephone spot checks, entering documentation in SecurManage, sorting and distributing mail. Security/Accountability Duties: conducting house rounds (life/safety checks) as scheduled, performing nightly bed checks, bag, pat, and room searches, monitoring resident daily details, and entering documentation in SecurManage. Collecting urine samples per schedule, completing documentation, administering alcohol sensor tests, and entering documentation in SecurManage. Serving as a pro‑social role model for residents to support behavior change and effectively convey information and respond to resident concerns, needs, and complaints. Attending training and staff meetings as required and performing other job‑related projects and activities as requested or directed. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred. 1–2 years of security experience preferred but not required. Must complete a background check.
