A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Pleasant Valley, MO for a role that allows you to work at a steady, patient-focused pace. With a patient volume of 12 patients per hour, you will have the time to assess each person's needs, build a clear plan of care, and support real progress through hands-on treatment, movement training, and education.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and identify mobility limitations, pain concerns, strength deficits, and functional goals
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility work, and functional movement support
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture, body mechanics, and safe movement habits
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate
• Complete accurate documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Communicate with providers, patients, and family members when needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment
