Personal Lines Account Manager (PL AM)
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (PL AM) to join a dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a supportive and collaborative culture. As a PL AM, you will manage a diverse book of business, providing end-to-end service to clients while contributing to the growth and success of the agency. This position is available immediately, and they are looking for a motivated professional to fill this critical role.
Compensation Package

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Commission: Earn additional income through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Bonus: Discretionary bonuses based on agency profitability
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Paid Time Off (PTO): Flexible
Holiday Pay: All bank holidays

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with approximately $1M in premium, consisting of accounts ranging from $100 to $15,000 in premium (average size: $3,000).
Handle a mix of 60% renewals and 40% new business.
Provide "soup-to-nuts" service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with top carriers, including AccidentFund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, Burns & Wilcox, CHUBB, and others.
Utilize the EPIC Agency Management System to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience in personal lines account management or a similar role.
Familiarity with top carriers such as AccidentFund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, and others is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using the EPIC Agency Management System or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and agency profitability.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.
