Qualifications:

  • Valid special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license issued by the Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)
  • OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or actively in the process of obtaining it (national certification)
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and working collaboratively in school settings
  • Any additional district- or state-specific requirements as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments within school environments
  • Interpret behavior analytic data for families, school staff, and community providers
  • Develop intervention plans and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
