Position Title: Caregiver
Location: Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Minnesota
Job Type: [Part-Time/Flexible]

All Star Care, LLC is seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers . In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential non-medical and personal care services to individuals in their homes—supporting their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Adaptive Skills Support

Assist with routines, problem-solving, and building independence in daily life activities.

• Health, Safety & Hygiene

Support personal hygiene, medication reminders, and promote safe living practices.

• Household Management

Help with cleaning, laundry, meal planning, and organizing the home environment.

• Community Engagement

Encourage participation in social, recreational, and civic activities based on the person’s interests.

• Transportation Assistance

Provide or coordinate rides to appointments, errands, and community events.

• General Supervision & Support

Monitor well-being, respond to immediate needs, and follow person-centered plans without formal training or skill-building. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable vehicle, current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to individual client needs.
  • Reliable and punctual.
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or similar roles.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
