We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.The Set Up Technician will be reporting to Production Supervisor, the setup technician is responsible for performing diversified duties related to exchanging tools and making process adjustments in all production machinery. Other duties include:Responsible for setting up and tearing down jobsTurns jobs over to the operator only after verifying that the process is producing good partsWorks with operators in doing setups and instructs in product evaluationMakes and documents adjustments to the manufacturing process including robots, fixtures, and process parametersPerforms and documents basic machine maintenance tasks as directedMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all requirements found in the work instructionsTo qualify for this role you must meet the following:High School Diploma or equivalentA minimum of one year of maintenance experience is preferredExperience and/or formal training in robotic material handling systemsMust be able to read & write, have basic math skills, ability to understand and follow written proceduresMust have mechanical abilitiesMust be able to pass the written Industrial Fork Truck Driver Test.Must pass Industrial Fork Truck Driver Road TestMust pass Authorized Lock-out / Tag-out TrainingAble to work different hours and shifts as needed, steady 2nd shiftWhy work for Minth?
