Kidskare PC is seeking a motivated and caring Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our full-time team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for dental hygienists looking to build their pediatric experience while working in a flexible and family-friendly environment. The position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule with occasional Fridays, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Pay $40~$50 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensed dental hygienist Valid and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of New Mexico Recent dental hygiene graduate or entry-level experience accepted Basic knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and terminology preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics Job Description Provide thorough dental hygiene care for pediatric patients, including prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments Perform dental screenings and assessments for children, identifying any oral health issues Educate patients and their parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Assist the dental team in maintaining a safe, clean, and child-friendly clinical environment Collaborate with dentists and office staff to ensure quality, compassionate patient care Attend periodic training and continuing education as required by the practice and state regulations Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Additional employee benefits to be discussed during the interview Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Five Fridays per year (optional or scheduled) About the Practice Name: Kidskare PC - Roswell Location: 3751 N.
