Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide dry van lanes from Edmond, OK as an experienced OTR solo CDL-A driver for HMD Trucking. You’ll move consistent freight on reliable routes while coordinating with a driver-focused dispatch team.

Typical duties:

• Safely operate company dry van tractors across interstate routes, delivering freight on schedule.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and secure cargo.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to resolve routing or delivery issues.

Minimums include a CDL-A and 12 months of verifiable experience. HMD offers 65¢/mi starting pay, weekly averages near 2,500 miles, bonus programs, modern trucks (<3 years) with APUs/inverters/sleepers, in-house maintenance, biweekly home time, and full benefits.
