About the job Systems Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55415 (Onsite)
- Provide technical support for hardware systems and applications.
- Analyze and diagnose system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Administer and maintain system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Support applications developed using multiple programming languages and database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team.
- Document system processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Proficiency in system administration and database management.
- Knowledge of programming languages and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Certification in system administration or IT support (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified).
