THE ROLE
Run the bar. Set the tone.
At Lost Boy Dry Goods, the bar isn’t just a station — it’s the heartbeat of the room. You control the energy. You turn first-time guests into regulars and regulars into fans. You know when to keep it moving and when to slow it down for the perfect moment.
We’re looking for someone fast, confident, and dialed in — with personality behind the bar and precision in every pour.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your bar, your rules (almost).
Craft cocktails with consistency, speed, and attention to detailControl the flow of the bar — service well + guests in front of youEngage guests naturally — read the room and match the energyMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all timesHandle high-volume shifts without losing quality or composureCommunicate with servers and management to keep service smooth- Know your product — spirits, beer, and everything in between
- Close strong — clean breakdown, prep, batching, and set the next shift up right

- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar preferred
