Salina Auto Auction is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to oversee our office operations and manage the complete title process for vehicles sold through our auction.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll be a key member of our team, working directly with customers, dealers, lenders, and internal staff to ensure every transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Enjoy Wednesday afternoons off with our mid-week flex schedule

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email
• Manage the complete vehicle title process from start to finish, including:
  • Collecting payments
  • Working with flooring companies and financial institutions
  • Processing, correcting, and transferring vehicle titles
  • Tracking outstanding titles and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Preparing bank deposits
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and reports
• Assist with Friday auction operations, including clerking on the auction block
• Support lot operations when needed, including checking in vehicles, moving vehicles, and occasional vehicle pickup or delivery
