Systems Engineer Associate

Supporting the Underwriting teams, the full-time remote Systems Engineer Associate will assist in defining, designing, and developing system requirements while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal performance of computer systems. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems related to supported applications Perform software analysis, including requirements gathering and system design Document system design and application code while conducting application testing Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree Familiarity with programming languages and web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, XML, .NET Framework, Python) Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Exposure to database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL) Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive mindset
