As our Accounts Receivable Clerk – Group Billing, you'll play a key role in ensuring every group leaves with an accurate, seamless billing experience.

What You'll Do
You'll become the billing expert for our group business, partnering with Catering & Conference Services, Sales, Front Office, Banquets, and Finance to ensure every conference, meeting, wedding, and special event is billed accurately and efficiently.
Your day may include:
- Reviewing upcoming group contracts and billing details before guests arrive.
- Preparing deposits, invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
- Attending pre-conference meetings and guest bill reviews.
- Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure charges are accurate.
- Reviewing banquet, conference technology, guestrooms, and outlet charges.
- Preparing detailed master bills with supporting documentation.
- Processing payments and maintaining group accounts.
- Following up on outstanding balances and ensuring timely collections.
- Managing spreadsheets and billing reports that keep everything organized.
- Supporting tax-exempt and commissionable groups.
- Assisting with additional accounts receivable projects as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One to three years of Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Billing experience.
- Hospitality or resort experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with hotel property management or accounting software is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily indoor office environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and carry office materials as needed.
- Frequent computer use requiring keyboarding and data entry.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through email.
- Visual acuity for reviewing detailed billing documents and computer screens.
