Subway Lead Representative, Full or Part Time Join the Circle K team as a Subway Lead Representative. This role is available on a full‑or part‑time schedule and involves supervising restaurant operations during a shift, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety and compliance standards. Restaurant Shift Lead Expectations Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties; assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion. Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations; coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management. Ensures product quality, food safety and operational standards are met. Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift; completes end‑of‑shift and end‑of‑day paperwork and counts as required. Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor. Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes. Frequently bends, twists at the waist, kneels, squats, stands, and walks. Occasionally climbs and descends ladders. Tolerates extreme cold and hot temperatures and works in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises. Reaches, grasps, and manipulates objects with hands for the entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead.
