Product Manager - Supply Chain (Retail Domain)

Job Title: Product Manager – Supply Chain (Retail Domain) Experience: 8+ Years Location: [Insert Location] Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 8+ years in supply chain product management, specifically within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of supply chain systems and enterprise platforms, with a proven track record of delivering scalable technology solutions. This is a tech‑driven role and does not require deep functional process knowledge. Key Responsibilities Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for supply chain systems including requirement gathering, roadmap definition, development coordination, and rollout. Translate high‑level business problems into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams. Work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture. Create detailed technical product documentation (BRDs, PRDs, APIs, workflow diagrams, etc.). Own prioritization using agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Collaborate with data engineering and systems teams for seamless data integrations and visibility. Continuously analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in supply chain technology, preferably in retail environments. Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in supply chain platforms (WMS, OMS, TMS, Demand Forecasting Systems, etc.). Experience with APIs, data modeling, integration layers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). SQL and basic scripting knowledge. Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to design and deliver enterprise‑scale systems. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to write clear and concise technical product documentation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
