As an Emergency Services Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery.  This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Emergency Services (ES) Sales Representative
$65,000 - $75,000 per year + performance bonus

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, facility managers, and other referral partners.
• Prospect and generate new commercial and residential business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales calls, networking events, and community outreach activities.
• Represent Paul Davis at industry events, trade shows, and local business organizations.
• Educate referral partners on Paul Davis restoration services and emergency response capabilities.
• Respond quickly to emergency loss opportunities and help coordinate initial response efforts.
• Track sales activities, referrals, and business development efforts using CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends, restoration services, and local market opportunities.
• Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
• Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities. 
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
• Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities
• Cold call proseective businesses by email, phone calls and in-person introductions
• B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services at their facilities
• Maintain a commercial client contract log and pipeline
• Maintain company's CRM
• Conduct market research and assist with lead generation

What We're Looking For: 

• 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or relationship management experience preferred.
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or a related industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to occasionally respond after hours for emergency opportunities.
