Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as the on-site HR resource for its Colorado-based servicing/contact center. You will act as the primary liaison between the site and Corporate HR, ensuring wage/hour compliance, benefits administration, leave coordination, and employee relations in a Colorado context.
