Job Description Quality Engineer Sellersville, PA | On-Site | Direct Hire | Full-Time Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $75,000 - $90,000 The Opportunity An established industrial manufacturer in Sellersville, PA is looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to own something. This is not a checkbox role. You will be in the mix every day, working alongside engineering, production, purchasing, and customer service to make sure quality is built into every step of the process, not just inspected at the end. If you are the type of person who walks the floor, asks questions, digs into root causes, and does not stop until the fix actually sticks, this role was written for you. What You Will Be Doing Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions that actually hold Support and strengthen the company's ISO 9001 quality management system Partner with suppliers to set expectations, resolve issues, and improve incoming quality Develop inspection methods, quality procedures, and work instructions Analyze quality trends and recommend improvements to reduce defects Participate in internal, external, and customer audits Train employees on quality requirements and best practices Support customer quality inquiries and occasional on-site visits Lead continuous improvement projects that move the needle What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred 4 or more years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Hands on experience with ISO 9001 Proven ability to lead root cause investigations using 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, or similar methods Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T Experience working cross functionally with suppliers and internal teams Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus Up to 25% travel required What Is In It For You $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account Life insurance and Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement Paid time off A stable company where your work is visible and your impact is real Ready to talk?
