Job Description Successful candidates will contribute to interdisciplinary projects combining molecular, cellular, and behavioral approaches to study nervous system function and pharmacological modulation. What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative research environment within USF Health in downtown Tampa on the waterfront Access to cutting-edge core facilities and resources Opportunities for career development, mentoring, and publication Competitive salary and benefits in accordance with NIH guidelines Responsibilities Conduct independent and collaborative research in neuropharmacology and molecular signaling Utilize techniques such as: Molecular Biology (e.g., cloning, western blots, confocal microscopy) Signaling assays (e.g., CRC response in cells and in tissue) Biochemistry and protein analysis (e.g., dissection, membrane preparations, radioligand binding assays) Analyze and interpret complex datasets and understanding of SAR preferred Contribute to manuscript preparation and grant writing Qualifications Minimum Qualifications PhD (or equivalent) in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
