Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and aerating to promote lush, healthy turf.
• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers following strict safety protocols and pesticide management guidelines.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, ladders, and company vehicles safely and efficiently during daily operations.
• Conduct pest control treatments targeting insects, weeds, or disease issues using chemical agents while adhering to pesticide application knowledge and safety procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, equipment maintenance, and service reports in compliance with safety protocol adherence.
• Engage with customers professionally to assess their lawn care needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with services delivered.

Qualifications

• Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience operating power tools and farm machinery is essential.
• Knowledge of pesticide management, pest control chemical handling, pesticide application techniques, and entomology principles is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about lawn health and pest issues.
• Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while following driving safety policies.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks including lifting heavy equipment or materials and working at heights using ladders safely.
• Certifications related to pesticide application or pest control are advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
