Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Qualifications: • Prior experience in the food service industry. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
