Program Support Assistant Under close supervision, supports Case Management/MSW functions related to payor pre-authorization/notification, utilization review submission, department-specific software maintenance and education, assist with patient travel authorization, specialized administrative assistance, record keeping, and general care‑coordination tasks assigned by Case Management/MSW partners.
