BC Primary Care Physician (IM / FM / Geriatrics) Springfield Area, MA

Compensation & Benefits:

$245K $289K+ FFS compensation with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments, H&Ps, and care planning
Manage acute and chronic conditions in post-acute settings
Coordinate care with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

MD/DO with Massachusetts license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
IM, FM, or Geriatrics background preferred
Post-acute, inpatient, ED, or clinic experience welcomed
