Assistant Store Manager This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a high-performing team. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select new team members. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Compensation & Benefits Base pay $16.50 – $24.20 plus commission on sales. Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance (Full Time Team Members). 401(k).
