Location: Cypress, TX Area
Pay: $18.00/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Overtime as Needed)

LINK Staffing is seeking an Inventory Associate to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse equipment operation.

Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Update inventory records and bin locations
Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet riders, and pallet jacks
Move, stage, load, and unload materials
Conduct equipment inspections and maintain warehouse organization

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Inventory control experience preferred
Experience operating warehouse equipment
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform overhead reaching
