Project Subcontracts Specialist (solar renewables)

OverviewResponsible for onsite administration and management of subcontract agreements during the execution of utility-scale solar or wind construction projects. The Project Subcontracts Specialist serves as the primary commercial and contractual point of contact for subcontractors, working closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and Legal teams to ensure subcontractor compliance, performance management, contract administration, change order management, claims resolution, and risk mitigation throughout project execution.This position is project-site based and plays a critical role in ensuring subcontractors meet contractual, commercial, safety, quality, schedule, and performance requirements. The Project Subcontracts Specialist supports successful project delivery by proactively identifying and managing subcontract risks, administering contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and fostering productive subcontractor relationships.Location & Travel Details: This role can be remote or located in one of our corporate offices: Dallas-TX, Fargo-ND, Indianapolis-IN or Phoenix, AZ. This position require 50% travel. If located near a corporate office the role will be required to work in the office.
