In the role of Resident Engineer, we'll count on you to:Perform complex construction assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard construction engineering techniques and proceduresConduct project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding and schedulingReceive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required dataPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years experience in construction engineeringLocal candidates preferredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related fieldPrevious construction engineering experienceRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.Experience using Microsoft Office, Estimating & CPM Scheduling Software, and web-based document collaboration software.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Connecticut: $90,706 - $129,580.
